We offer free shipping to the US - tracking included.
Fast & Free Shipping to the US takes 1-5 business days from time of shipment and is delivered by USPS or Fed Ex.
SHIPPING TO THE UK
We offer USPS Priority Mail International to the UK - tracking included.
Shipping to the UK takes 5-10 business days from time of shipment.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA
We offer USPS Priority Mail International to Australia - tracking included.
Shipping to Australia usually takes 5-10 business days from time of shipment.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE
We offer USPS Priority Mail International to Europe - tracking included.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE MY SHIPPING OPTION
During checkout, after you have entered your address, you will be given the option to choose either Free Shipping or Express Shipping for your order. Simply choose your preferred option
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will have your tracking details available within 1-2 days after your order has been shipped. Our system will automatically email you these details once your order has been fulfilled.
MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED?
If your order was not delivered we will always refund you or send a replacement. Please contact us to let us know that you have not received your order. We will offer a refund or replacement if the order was not delivered within 12 business days for US Orders & 30 days for International Orders
AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
Sometimes we send items in separate packages. If an item is missing from your order it is most likely still on it's way. Please contact us if you are concerned about a missing item and we will provide tracking details. In the unlikely circumstance that an item was not included in your packages, we will offer a refund or send a replacement to you.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES
International Customers are responsible for paying any import fees, duties or tax if these apply. Our items are shipped from our USA fulfillment center so please be aware of this before placing your order. Please note, if packages are not collected and are subsequently returned to us, we will issue a 65% refund due to fees incurred from failed collection and return to sender shipping.
